Our primary purpose is to provide support to anyone affected by substance use disorder, mental health issues, and poverty, including friends and families, through outreach, community service, and education.

Official Opioid Overdose Prevention Program!
We are currently offering free Narcan training during outreach on Sundays at 980 N. Clinton Ave. from 10 am - 12 pm.
Please contact us to set up training sessions for your business, family, or friends. Sessions can be in-person with social distancing protocols and precautions in place or online.

Sharps Removal
To date we have:
Picked up 147,579 needles
If you know of an area that has needles that need to be picked up, please let us know.
During sharps removal service, we also perform street-level outreach by bringing with us some of the same supplies that we give out during our normal outreach operations.
We are currently recruiting new Sharps Removal Team members and Outreach Team members. We have been running both operations running simultaneously every Sunday when we have enough volunteers, so please, join us!

We offer a full range of outreach services to the community. We give out food, clothing, hygiene items, and anything else we have to give, no questions asked. We offer these services via our Hopeline answering service, 24/7. (585)633-8690
Also on Sundays from 10 am - 12 pm we offer free lunches, toiletry items, clothing, support, harm reduction kits, and assistance navigating treatment services at our outreach location at 980 N. Clinton Avenue.
Prevention Education and Awareness Events
Outside of Sunday clean up and outreach activities, we also provide prevention education services to the community. We do this by visiting schools, churches and participating in community events to raise awareness for addiction.
