Our primary purpose is to provide support to anyone affected by substance use disorder and addiction, through outreach, community cleanup, and education.

We received our first shipment of Narcan on February 28. 2020 and have been distributing kits weekly ever since, even throughout the pandemic.
We are currently offering training every Sunday at 831 N. Clinton Ave. between 10am - 1pm.

Every Sunday the Hope Dealers crew meets in the neighborhood that has become known as "ground zero" of the opioid pandemic in
Rochester, New York.
From 9:30 am - 1:30 pm, beginning at 831 N. Clinton Ave, we move through the city cleaning up sharps and other hazardous materials from public spaces and abandoned properties.

Outreach

Handed out 12,765 bagged lunches
Served 500 hot, Thanksgiving dinners

While out on clean up we encounter community members in need on a regular basis. We supply these individuals with food, clothing, hygiene items, and provide recovery resources they can use to seek treatment.
Sunday's from 9:30 - 1:30 pm free lunches, toiletry items, and clothing are available at our pop-up outreach station,
located at 831 N. Clinton Ave.
Every Sunday our Outreach station sets up in this location to provide food, clothing, and toiletries to people in need in the community.

Prevention Education and Awareness Events
Outside of Sunday clean up and outreach activities, we also provide prevention education services to the community. We do this by visiting schools, churches and participating in community events to raise awareness for addiction.

We are currently funded solely by donations from the community and staffed entirely by volunteers.
