

Our Vision
Our primary purpose is to provide support to anyone affected by substance use disorder, mental health issues, and poverty, including friends and families, through outreach, community service, and education.
Narcan Training
To date we have:
Distributed 3,685 Narcan Kits
Resuscitated 3 people
with Narcan
As of February 6, 2020, HD BTC Inc. became an
Official Opioid Overdose Prevention Program!
We received our first shipment of Narcan on February 28. 2020 and have been distributing kits weekly ever since, even throughout the pandemic.
We are currently offering training the 1st - 4th Sundays of the month at 980 N. Clinton Ave. from 10 am - 12 pm.
Please contact us to set up training sessions for your business, family, or friends. Sessions can be in-person with social distancing protocols and precautions in place or online.

Clean Up
To date we have:
Picked up 144,788 needles
Due to previous COVID restrictions on volunteer participation, we have not yet resumed full Sunday Cleanup operations. We are still doing smaller specific areas of emergency cleanup brought in through our tip line.
If you know of an area that has needles that need to be picked up, please let us know.
We are looking for people who would like to join our security team so that we may resume regular Sunday clean-up operations. If you are interested, please fill out the forms and let us know!


Outreach
To date we have:
Helped 196 people find recovery
Handed out 18,618 bagged lunches
Handed out 20 boxes of fresh dairy, meat, and produce

We offer a full range of outreach services to the community. We give out food, clothing, hygiene items, and anything else we have to give, no questions asked. We offer these services via our Hopeline answering service, 24/7. (585)633-8690
And also Sunday's from 9:30 - 12:30 pm we offer free lunches, toiletry items, clothing, support, harm reduction kits, and assistance navigating treatment services at our pop-up outreach station, located at 831 N. Clinton Ave.

Every Sunday our Outreach station sets up in a pop-up location to provide food, clothing, and toiletries to people in need.

Prevention Education and Awareness Events
Outside of Sunday clean up and outreach activities, we also provide prevention education services to the community. We do this by visiting schools, churches and participating in community events to raise awareness for addiction.
