Our primary purpose is to provide support to anyone affected by substance use disorder, mental health issues, and poverty, including friends and families, through outreach, community service, and education.
Narcan Training
To date we have:

As of February 6, 2020, HD BTC Inc. became an
Official Opioid Overdose Prevention Program!
We received our first shipment of Narcan on February 28. 2020 and have been distributing kits weekly ever since, even throughout the pandemic.
We are currently offering training the 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month at 980 N. Clinton Ave. from 10 am - 12 pm.
Please contact us to set up training sessions for your business, family, or friends. Sessions can be in-person with social distancing protocols and precautions in place or online.

Sharps Removal
To date we have:
Picked up 145,897 needles
Our sharps removal service has resumed on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.
We meet at 980 N. Clinton at 10 am and then walk or carpool through a predetermined route.
If you know of an area that has needles that need to be picked up, please let us know.
During sharps removal service, we also perform street-level outreach by bringing with us some of the same supplies that we give out during our normal outreach operations.
We are currently recruiting new Sharps Removal Team members and Outreach Team members. We hope to resume having both operations running simultaneously every Sunday. So please, join us!


Outreach
To date we have:

Handed out 20 boxes of fresh dairy, meat, and produce

We offer a full range of outreach services to the community. We give out food, clothing, hygiene items, and anything else we have to give, no questions asked. We offer these services via our Hopeline answering service, 24/7. (585)633-8690
Also on Sundays from 10 am - 12 pm we offer free lunches, toiletry items, clothing, support, harm reduction kits, and assistance navigating treatment services at our outreach location at 980 N. Clinton Avenue.


Prevention Education and Awareness Events
Outside of Sunday clean up and outreach activities, we also provide prevention education services to the community. We do this by visiting schools, churches and participating in community events to raise awareness for addiction.
