Our Mission
Our primary purpose is to provide support to anyone affected by substance use disorder, mental health issues, and poverty, including friends and families, through outreach, community service, and education.
We are an all-volunteer, New York State incorporated non-profit, 501(c)3, tax-exempt, public charity registered with both federal and NYS charities bureaus.
Who We Are
We envision a time when people have the knowledge and accessibility to resources without barriers, where resources provide the needed continuity of care and transition support. Our ultimate goal is to ensure everyone has equal access to resources and support, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Our organization is dedicated to spreading hope and love to those who need it the most. Since 2017, we have been providing support and encouragement to members of the Greater Rochester community experiencing challenging times. Our goal is to uplift and empower individuals who may be struggling and to help them find the strength and resources they need to persevere.

Everyone deserves a chance to succeed, no matter what obstacles they may face along the way. That's why we provide essential resources such as food, clothing, hygiene products, and harm-reduction supplies to those who need them the most. But that's not all - our dedicated volunteers also offer guidance and support to help people overcome challenges and thrive.

We understand that navigating other community and state resources can be overwhelming, especially for those who may struggle with mental health issues, substance use disorder, or poverty. That's why we offer assistance in connecting individuals with the resources they need to get back on their feet. Our volunteers are there to guide and support people in accessing services that can improve their situations.
